Where money moves.

Payments can't be slow, wrong or down. That's the work.

1. 01Architected high-volume payment APIs with asynchronous processing and distributed caching, built to hold steady at peak transaction loads.
2. 02Co-led the design of a new payment pattern, and the move of a core payment platform from cardless to card-based payments.
3. 03Cut deployment time by 30% by moving services onto containers and Kubernetes.

02 · Scale and reliability

Systems that stay up under pressure.

Before fintech, I worked on services that millions of people expect to just work.

1. 01Took a real-time avatar service in a global collaboration product from 34% to 99.99% reliability, through performance testing and fixing bottlenecks with the teams that owned them.
2. 02Moved critical services from one region to many, ahead of schedule and with zero downtime.
3. 03Rebuilt the infrastructure as code and wired in OpenTelemetry, so problems surface on a dashboard before users notice them.
4. 04Earlier, a sales app I built cut a department's yearly spend by 40% and lifted data accuracy by 95% across 10 regions.
